| What is BigChamps? |
| BigChamps is a website creation and hosting service
that allows sports teams to create their very own website that can
be shared with others. Creating a website is very simple
using our BigChamps system. You simply enter in your team information
by filling out a few forms and voila! You're done. No technical skills
required. |

| What kind of sports do you support? |
| We support all head-to-head competition sports
such as football, soccer, baseball, basketball and more. Sports where
you compete against a group of others like golf, cross-country, swimming
are not supported unless the competition is structured to be head
to head, eg. one school versus another. |

| Do you support leagues? |
| Currently, we only support teams. Later releases
will support leagues as well as tournaments. |

| How much does it cost? |
| We are offering all of the features for free!!! Please visit our sponsors to support our service. |

| Who can access my team's site? |
| It's up to the team website administrator. Each
website can be configured to provide public access or secured access.
Public access means that anyone who enters in your team site address
can see your team information. If you'd like to keep that information
private, you can create a password for secured access. Then only those
with the password will be able to see the team site. |

| How can I share the site with my friends and family? |
| The easiest way is to click on the "Share
this site" link on the team website and it will prepopulate an
email message that you can use to send the link to your friends and
family. If the site is secured, be sure to let them know the team
password as well. |

| I would like to write an article? How can I write
one? |
| Articles can be written by anyone, but can only
be posted by the team website administrator. So the best way is to
send your written article to the administrator by clicking on the
"Email site Admin" link on the team website. |

| I have pictures that I would like to share. How
can I upload them? |
| Like articles, pictures can only be posted by
the team website administrator. So again, you can send them to your
administrator by clicking on the "Email site Admin" link
on the team website. Please process your photos before sending which
includes rotating the photo if needed and reducing the photo to a
reasonable size. The larger the photo size, the longer it takes to
view the photo. Try to keep it under 200Kb. |
